Flatten or Close Leads to Reverse Fill

Is anyone else getting reverse fills on close?

I'll flatten or close a position using "FLATTEN" or "Buy/Sell" and the position closes but reverses in the other direction.

I just lost a huge portion of a successful trade.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Not sure if you are using Apex or another prop firm, but Apex had problems with this today.

Same thing described happened when using "flatten" totally reversed trade. Was surprised and pos went green so I flatten again and reverse again. Had to market out for loss. Only happened on one account. Significant problem with Apex/Rithmic.

Same thing happened. Don’t press “Flatten all” again, instead close MW and open again. I let one position openned when I press “flatten all” in profit to see what will happen. When I closed it, I paid commision but the pnl was unchanged.
