Trying to get sales@motivewave.com to respond

Hi,

Not sure if this is the place to post this.

It's been 6 days I've been waiting for sales to respond to my purchase queries.

I've tried emailing, Facebook messaging, emailing to support@motivewave.com and direct email to Leigh.

Can any Motivewave team member please assist with getting the sales team to respond?

They generally respond in 24hrs, sometimes maybe 2-3 days at most. Have you tried emailing them from a different email address? Maybe yours is not going through for some odd reason? I would try a gmail or something unless that is what you're using already. i have an att.net email & at times it has given me issues where it doesn't go through with other services.

I have the same issue, i have written to sales and yet to get feedback, i appreciate that the communication commenced during the weekend but i have written today monday and also called but no response////
