Hi,
You could create a study that calculates percent change based on last close and current price. You can then set the criteria in the scanner to have it search for a value of > 2% or any other number. If you are familiar with our SDK, you can always modify one of our existing studies such as PerCent Change or RateOfChangeFromStart as they are similar but not exactly what you are looking for.
