Scan Classical Chart Patterns possible in MW ? If not now to code ?

Can MW scan for traditional chart patterns like,
Rising/Falling Wedge,
Ascending /Descending Triangle
Head & Shoulder and Reverse H&S
Double Triple Top Bottom etc

If no ready made scanner, can we code it ?
