Orders showing up wrong in my report.

Help!
I'm having an issue in my trade report which i think is cause by the fact i flattened through the rithmic app and not through motivewave.
- It seems like it didn't pick up on me closing the position untill the next day where i made a new trade.
This has resulted in all of my orders being out of sync (if that makes sense?)
Anyone know how to undo this, as it essentially makes the trade report feature useless for me.. (And i really enjoyed it).
