Non time based candles are not supported for Globex?

Trying to set up a chart with globex "Extended Hours" but my non time based candles doesn't show up. But it does show up when I 'm using time based candles
Ex: Renko, range, tick, volume etc

Who is your data provider? I only ask because some providers do not provide tick data.

Can you load tick based charts during RTH?

I use CQG
Yes they provide tick data
For RTH hours, yes I can display them!
For ETH hours, I'll get that pop up for some reason!

Hmm.. Yeah you certainly have the data feed.

Perhaps @igor.s might know - I believe he uses CQG and knows all the in & outs of MW

did this just happen today/ this evening? sometimes over the weekends when the market is closed i find that the data is off or updating until Sunday etc. so maybe you can try again tomorrow & if it doesn't load then email support. this happens to me more with rithmic but cqg may be different

CQG is a quite stable feed. I don't have that problem. You may try to clean local data and reload it back on a weekday. Could be some glitch during weekend maintenance.

The chart is currently stuck....cant scroll but nothing is locked.
The ETH period disappeared when I switch from Time > Renko candles
Don't know why simple things are so hard with MotiveWave

I clicked "Use Historical Minute Bars" and it seems to work but dose weird things to the VWAP...

This is NQ obv & using renko 10 bars with my and i never have any issues. i am using rithmic data fyi. i know it has it's issues here & there but like i said i never have issues with it.
