I can click on a symbol and my EW counts appear along with notes, Fibo retracements, etc.

Yet when I click on another symbol and go back to the previous symbol, sometimes nothing shows. I can go back and forth and back and forth and sometimes my counts appear and sometimes they don't. If they don't appear, I can hit F3 (Clear Local Data) and they appear. Or I can drag the price chart left or right and they appear.

But I shouldn't have to do any of this - the counts should always appear. To make things even stranger, sometimes the counts appear on my weekly, but not on my daily (I have my windows set up like Todd does - 3 across - weekly, daily, 195 minute). But sometimes nothing appears in any of the windows.

This is very annoying. Anyone have a fix? Thank you.

Hello,

This issue was fixed in version 6 Beta 1, please update MotiveWave and your Elliott Wave components will appear as normal.

Thank you.

I installed v6.1F and the issue is not fixed up until this version.

UPDATE: I think the problem is that I have 2 sets of symbols for some of them and one symbol has wave counts and the other does not. So I went through everything and deleted duplicate symbols. This may take care of things. I don't know why there are duplicate symbols in my "Local Database". I find the concept of the "TDA" tab and the "Local Database" tab to be quite confusing. I don't know how they work - and the manual is no help.

I heard from Support that you worked with them directly today and that it was a duplicate symbol issue in your setup that has now been fixed? The duplicate symbols were making it look like things were disappearing when you were actually looking at a duplicated symbol without that analysis on it.

Yes, this is what appeared to be the issue. I think a year ago I tried to add symbols that weren't in TDA's database at the time, so I had to define them. Then along the way, TDA added various symbols (perhaps lots), so that then my "originals" became duplicates. And when I would click on a symbol, sometimes the duplicate symbol would appear and sometimes the "real one" would appear. And one had wave counts and the other did not, which made it look like things were disappearing. I have no longer seen a problem since discovering this situation. I appreciate all your patience and help. Thank you.
