Hi - so is there any support option where you can actually speak with a human at Motivewave, or is everything done via email (even if you pay for support)? I like some of the features, but have some questions that would take 5 minutes on the phone vs. who knows how long trying to explain via email and go back & forth. Other companies offer such great, live customer service I'm just not sure Motivewave is worth it, but wanted to confirm what the options are because of course I can't get anyone on the phone at Motivewave. Any opinions / input welcome. Thanks.
