Hi - so is there any support option where you can actually speak with a human at Motivewave, or is everything done via email (even if you pay for support)? I like some of the features, but have some questions that would take 5 minutes on the phone vs. who knows how long trying to explain via email and go back & forth. Other companies offer such great, live customer service I'm just not sure Motivewave is worth it, but wanted to confirm what the options are because of course I can't get anyone on the phone at Motivewave. Any opinions / input welcome. Thanks.

Just my 2 cents...
I have been using the software for years and anytime I have a question I just email support and have always gotten an answer back the same day...
While it is not an immediate answer, I have never felt like I did not get my questions answered in a quick and friendly manner
