Does anyone know of a Motivewave Study that measures how much an instrument retraces? For example, what is the average re-trace percentage over a 50 bar period?
This is similar to Volatility, but whereas Volatility also measures absolute movement, retrace only measures the amount of retrace. An instrument that has a large price movement without much retrace would score High Volatility, but low "Retrace".
