Keyboard mapping bug on Mac version

Using latest version of MW and noticed the keyboard shortcuts do not respect my keyboard input source, but instead use the default US keyboard layout.

I use the English Dvorak keyboard.

Please address this issue.

On the same subject, there are certain Mac key shortcut conventions that also don't seem to work, which may have nothing to do with the keyboard input source problem.

For example: pressing COM-Period is a shortcut for any 'cancel' button in a dialog.
An alternate key for dismissing a dialog is the ESC key; this also doesn't work.

I have passed on the Dvorak keyboard issue on to development. The mac keyboard conventions have been logged as a feature request.
