I updated MotiveWave and now can't see any DOMs

Please help, I had everything working this morning. I then closed down the platform and was prompted to update to v 6.8.6 (previously on 6.7.12). I usually say "no" but this time I accidentally selected "yes". When the system rebooted all my DOMs were gone and all options to add DOMs are greyed out or no longer available. I can still view my accounts, charts, and price data seems to still be coming in.

Edit: I reverted back to v 6.7.12 and still missing DOMs.

I think that's the problem. It put me on Community Edition after the update. My license key should be for Ultimate though (just started the 14 day trial). I sent an e-mail to Tech Support and hoping they can help out.

Yep, that's the problem. I'm sure support will sort it out for you.

I also recommend doing a backup before you update to a new version just to be on the safe side.
