Delayed Chart

Hello there,
I'm very new to MotiveWave, just downloaded it and experimenting with the trial.

I just created a workspace with a connection with Interactive Broker.
I'm having a problem where the charts are delayed, both when I use simple candlesticks (with no indicator) and when using Volume Imprint.
Everything looks fine in interactive broker though...

I'm sure it is just a problem of settings, could you please point me in the right direction?

is this for futures or equities? tick charts or time based charts?

It's equities. I'm using time charts with 5 minute candles.
It looks like the chart is delayed by 10-15 minutes.

I would think the real time data is a broker issue & not specifically Motivewave as it is just passing through essentially. What real-time data packages are you paying for via IB? I would start there & so a search here for IB data for Motivewave etc.

A 15min delay imo means that you are not getting real-time data for whatever reason.

Yeah, I agree I am not getting real time data, but that is a problem only in MotiveWave.
I can see both real time data in IB trader workstation and trading view when connecting to IB.
