I use Rithmic, but commissions aren't included in the reports.
I fixed it by right-clicking the chart, clicking edit instrument, and adding my commission amount to the commissions' tab.
However, it does not work retroactively. So your prior data won't update.
If you're cross-trading the ES, for example, and your trades are executing on the MES, you have to add commissions to the MES for them to show up.
At least, that's how I got it to work for me.
