Why do some studies have calculate(index, ctx) and other calculateValues(ctx), what's the use case of each, which is better? And what are the differences?
Let me explain. Most studies use "calculate(...)" others, maybe 20% use "calculateValues(...)" (but do not have calculate(...)) I don't think the documentation refers to calculateValues(), certainly there must be a difference in behavior between the two; is one meant for studies without strategies? Meaning, unable to proceed step-by-step?
