Wondering if anyone else uses footprint and has issue similar to the below image? The bars are not in sync with the delta footprint. I have notified support but wanted to also reach out here to see if others have experienced this or just me..

Definitely looks buggy.

I haven't had that happen, but I have had a similar issue with instrument overlays that don't align. The "fix" for my issue was to toggle the Auto-Scale, and ensure it's turned on.

Please report back what Support tells you.
