Broker for Indexes CFD's ?

Hello fellow traders,

I am currently developing / coding a Study for someone who trades indices. Mostly Nasdaq and S&P500.

I want to be able to live-test the Study before I hand it over.

Does anyone know or use a broker that allows micro- or minilot trading for these instruments ? Had good or bad experiences with them ?

(Broker needs to be compatible with MotiveWave, obviously )

Interactive Brokers does.
I trade ES, CL and occasionally YM with them.
Have had no problems.

Also Oanda if you are not in the USA
