Does anyone have a problem like this? A friend gets no connection no matter if cqg or rithmic. The steps he tried were:
1. clear all local data
2. created trial accesses from cqg and rithmic
3. different time units, range, minute, ticks
4. picked out the correct symbol of the broker
5. uninstall/install software
each time the error message appears: unable to change bar size, no data is available for the specified period
