Trouble opening a new DOM

I just signed up for a demo account with amp clearing. When I connect to motivewave, I'm able to open a new chart, but I don't see the option to open a new dom. Is this a data feed settings or permissions issue?

Please help.

On my window, the DOM button doesn't appear. When I look under View -> Display -> DOM Panel, I can see it's not active (it's greyed out). That's why I'm thinking maybe I don't have the permission for it.

Go to the top where it says Help - About - Then see what edition you have? You can also go to the Motivewave website & compare what the different editions offer.

That explains it. I have the community edition, which doesn't include the DOM. Thank you.
