Studies and Tools Periodically Disappear

This has been happening for a while now I will open up motivewave and all my indicators and zone tools disappear. I then will try and restore the most recent session that has my current up to date tool adjustments and nothing happens. I have to restore a few days back to have any tools pop up, the only issue is I made recent adjustments so I need yesterday's backup to open up properly. Why does this issue keep happening?

Are you using multiple computers and using a cloud workspace? I got this crap a lot of times. What seems to solve it is saving the backup from one computer and manually restore it on the other computer(s). They will all sync happily after. I had this problem a few times, and I think its related to updating one machine before the other.
