Problem with grab tool, no vertical drag?

Hello All, new user here on a demo trial getting to know the software. This should be a very basic problem to fix, but I haven't been able to find the answer in any of the resources. When I click the mouse inside of any chart, I can only drag the chart left/right on time axis, and never up/down on price axis. This happens whether I am using the pointer, or the grab hand. I have gone through every menu I can find relating to the charts and mouse and just can't figure it out. Any help appreciated!

You need to turn off the auto-scale. Chart Settings-> Scaling. Then you will be able to drag left-right, up-down

Igor is correct - You can also add an icon to your toolbar if it is not already there. It toggles Auto-Scale on/off
