live orders cannot be cancelled on motivewave

Hi,

Some issues with orders placed on motive wave that isn't detected by interactive brokers tws. couldn't cancel these and they stay on the motivewave charts. these orders did not appear on my TWS orders lists though. it seems market orders cannot be placed properly on motivewave, not sure if there's a problem with my configuration.

I have made a few successful orders which are executed, but now it seems all orders are not executed.
