you could import quotes using csv files For example you could download these files on https://stooq.com or twelvedata.com

thanks , a good trader in youtube recommended to use interactivebrokers.com as the best and no 1 futures broker and i also seen this broker in the list of motivewave software when i take a look in manage workspaces but i only shows us a delayed charts when we add trial or demo account credentials in motivewave (so we have to use live real account credentials there) but you recommend me to insert csv files form https://stooq.com or twelvedata.com

-which method is better you think? 1-adding interactive brokers or any other future broker credentials in motivewaves
or 2-inserting csv files https://stooq.com or twelvedata.com separately?
-is the 2nd method you have recommended shows delayed charts like interactivebrokers demo account charts or it shows a non delayed charts?

It's better to have an online connection with any broker on this list. Interactive brokers is a good quote provider as far as I've heard. But not free as far as I know.
