Can not connect to Rithmic feed

Have tried multiple times, but receive this message

I have registered Rithmic feed and I have a workng user iD, MotionWave however is not connecting with Rithmic?

are you also having R-trader pro open & wanting to connect using the plugin feature? if so you need to select the r-trader gateway to be able to have both open. Also idk who or what broker you are getting rithmic data from but are you sure that your personal gmail address is the username? I would double check that to start & are you trading a live account or a paper account?
