Xenith data provider

The chart some time freez and i have to restart or Update work space .i have Xenith As data provider this error shows up often, can someone Please give me advices or has an idea

I'd probably contract Xenith first. It doesn't look like a MotiveWave problem at first glance. Whenever I've had an issue with the data feed, I've had to contact the data provider. Some providers have restrictions on data. E.g. not providing overnight data.

I'd recommend checking with them before MotiveWave.

your using it from Metastock right? I would also double check the symbol as their can be slightly different. Like a lot of their equity symbols are follow by a .O - Like AAPL.O or a SNAP.K etc but reaching out to them would be your best bet. I used them a long while back & i never had issues as long as the symbol was right.
