Why doesn't TPO line up with chart bars (SILK3 contract)?

I am based in Australia and trying to create a TPO study for the SI contract. However the TPO letters don't seem to line up with the bars?
I'm using IBKR as my data provider. It works nicely for the ASX200 futures contract (APM3), and for the ES contract but not SI
