Watchlist background color format-enable/change disables highlighting of symbol when selected.

In a watchlist, when right clicking on a symbol, then Format, and enabling/changing the background color (which would be great) but when the background color is changed, the symbol no longer gets highlighted when the symbol is selected while going through your watchlist, which makes changing the background color useless.
