Suggestions for a Broker/Data?

Hello all,

I've been evaluating MW trial and have been liking it a lot so far. Out of curiosity anyone using edge clear and have thoughts/opinions? Also, is CQG a good option for tick charts and volume footprint charts or is Rithmic the way to go?

Never used Edge Clear.

Tried CQG, Rithmic, and IQFeed. IQFeed is the most reliable of the three, and by far the most expensive. I've read lately about people having issues with Rithmic (search the Forum here).

CQG is what I use, and I can't ever remember having issues with data.

Yeah, I saw those posts about Rithmic. Maybe CQG is a good way to go?

Just my 2 cents - Edge Clear is fantastic, but I would use CQG data. I have been using Rithmic and am one of the people @ScottyA mentioned having problems with them.

I have been close to switching over to CQG a few times, but since their symbols are different it would be a lot of initial setup to make the change for me.
