permissions issues with certain tickers

I am getting denied permissions check with broker messages when I try to bring TSLA and LI up on charts on MW. However, I am able to bring those tickers up and enter orders on my brokers platform IBKR/TWS?????

Hi,

You may have improperly defined symbols so deleting the problematic symbols via the Configure > Instruments menu and then searching for them again, will most likely resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, then make sure that you are pulling up the symbols on exchanges that you have permissions for.
