Offset to last price indicator

Hello,

I normally have a dashed line that moves up and down with prices on the chart (Preferences > Chart > Indicators > Last Price)

Does anyone know if there is a way to have a similar parallel line that is offset a certain amount of points with prices?

IE - A line that is constantly 4 points above the current price?
