Sorted it out. It seems I had to make sure my personal details had not changed, normal ongoing thing. As it was, because I had not logged into my account and indicated that my details had not changed, I was prevented from using the API it would seem.
Silly thing with that, I was able to use their fxtrade app to place trades, go figure.
Anyway, hope this helps someone else if they come across this issue.
