OANDA Demo Data No Longer Updating

I am trying to evaluate MotiveWave - I have the Community Edition as the trial expired some time ago and I have now come back to it - I am connecting to an OANDA Demo Account. This was working well until last Friday (today is Monday). Now when I connect, prices are updated once initially, and there is no further real-time update of pricing. I created an FXCM demo account and this is updating, but I would prefer to use OANDA. I have exited out, logged back in, reset the computer, but still no OANDA real-time update. I contacted OANDA support and they didn't suggest anything other than to contact MotiveWave. Sorry if this is a simple question, but does anyone know what the problem is here and how to fix it?
