Not receiving email.

Hi, im not receiving email for licence key. I've tried using different emails, checked spam folder yet, no emails. so I'm currently unable to start my trial. Pls help.

I'm unable to contact customer care because it says my email cannot be found in their systems. customer care only replies to registered emails, but im not getting the licence key to complete my registration. Pls help

Where does it say that? I see nothing on the Contact Us page that says this.

system matching your email address.

In order to reach our Support Team, please send an email from the
email address you used to create your profile in our system."


So I'm stuck at the moment.
