LVN discrepancy in volume profile

I've drawn a profile using the hand drawing tool on the left. i've got the vp study loaded on the right. both are intraday RTH data. Im not sure why there is a difference between the top of the profile where one clearly shows an LVN and the other just shows a stub-like image.

The settings when double clicking on both appear to be the same.

Any clue whats happening here?

Unchecking use historical minute bars did the trick.

thought i'd leave the post up in case it helps anyone
