I don't think MotiveWave is ever "down", but if you have a Rithmic feed they do shut down most of the weekends for maintenance.

thank you; yes, I'm trying to access the Rithmic feed. no one mentioned that I wouldn't have weekend access when I recently signed up.

keep in mind that it is the data feed & not the platform. Esp. for rithmic & eval based accounts.
