can it be assumed that getBidRows() and getAskRows() which both return a List<DOMRow>
that when iterating through the list the first item is from the very inside market ie position 0 or 1 (as is called in some systems of the price ladder)
Otherwise there is no way to know the position in the ladder the price is at for each DOMRow.
I just wondered if anyone has looked at this or to have confirmation of this.
