IB datafeed got stuck on GTEC

Hello,
currently i`m using the community edition with the datafeed of IB. Today i noticed a problem with the ib´s datafeed on one stock.
GTEC got stuck at 04:13-04:15. It was a time of big volatility. I am a little concerned that when trading with ib´s datafeed i will face these problems which wouldn´t be
acceptable because i need a reliable datafeed with no interruption. Can IB´s datafeed be recommended at all?

IB's datafeed is not truly tick by tick(snap-shot), it is sluggish, you may take lot of time getting new symbol loaded on chart. It is even worst with range bars and volume bars.....
