Is there anyone available you can help me set up my charts properly? I have watched the videos and have a watch list. However, the scanner is not working properly as I cannot see what is being scanned and when it is complete the dots are not displayed. It says good or excellent but then i I cant open the charts to view the chart or the count that the scanner generated. I cannot see if all the pairs on my watch list were scanned.The window is not displayed the same as the video.
I don't know how to work the birds eye view properly. I click on one hour and then it clicks back to 1 min but still shows one hour on the tab at the base of the page.. So I dont know if I am looking at a 1 minute chart or a ! hour chart. Also, I am finding it hard to see older data. The cross hairs have a double line which means sometimes the candles are massive.
Nothing appears to be linking.
Finally, the automatic scanner sometimes shows a count error but what do you do then? eg w4 is in w2 territory.
Can anyone assist? I only want to watch about 6-8 currency pairs.
