Global Draw Objects

Are global draw objects available? i.e. I draw a horizontal line on a 15m chart and it shows on a 1m chart of the same instrument? Thank you -

The objects would be seen across different timeframes if use the same analysis. A request has been made to make the objects truly global.

Thank you - i just want to draw a horizontal line on my 15m chart and have it show up, if i choose, on my 1m chart.
