For no discernable reason, my MW chart's volume bars are not showing up (after they do show up for a while).

I'm getting my data from IBKR's Trader Workstation, and when the MW volume bars don't show up, I check the Trader Workstation charts - and they are correct and current. So, I'm assuming the correct data gets to MW, but for some reason, the volume bars do not appear.

Of course I've been to support several times and the "solutions" they offer are nonsensical (like there's not enough volume to show up on a bar, which is not the problem as I'm trading TSLA during RTH). Thanks!

have you tried right clicking & clearing local data?

Hey, Luis, yes, thanks, and that works - it fills in the missing volume bars - but only for that moment. Immediately after clearing local data and seeing the bars fill in, the next bar, and those that should follow, never fill in. Any other ideas? Again, thanks.

i think it's a possible API issue between MW & IB - But idk any other remedies tbh
