filled order labels

Hi,

Curious. I wasn't able to remove the filled order labels on my chart that comes with trading stocks. or rather, prevent these filled order labels from appearing in the first place

I've tried to remove everything from preferences > trade history and order>display.

What am I doing wrong with my settings? Can anyone help me with this?

Double click on the chart for "Chart Preferences" "Trade" & unclick "Show Orders" but keep in mind that it will remove the labels for even the live orders you are in, i'm sure you are using the Dom to monitor it but the chart will be clean. Hope that helped & good luck

@gritmonger - you can also add buttons onto a toolbar and you can also add keyboard shortcuts for "show orders" and "show trades" to do some quick toggling of your orders off and on.

Here is a screenshot of how I have them on my top toolbar and you can also see them in the Preferences --> General --> Keyboard section.

Since version 6.7.2 filled order labels are displayed when I activate „Show Orders" in the chart settings, even if all the „Show Trade History…“ options are deselected. These labels are very distracting. But if I deactivate „Show Orders“ also my live order labels for managing a trade are gone...

There's a pop up menu item (right click on a completed order) called "Remove Filled Orders". That way you can keep your live orders, but clean up orders that have been filled. I use it to periodically clear away all of the filled orders, although I wish Motivewave provided a shortcut for the menu item.
