Error message when pulling NQ data

Hi, I recently added a new workplace using CQG with CME bundle. ES is loading alright but when I try to load NQ it always give this message and nothing show up in the chart, anyone know how to solve this?

Fyi I copied over the workplace set up from my IB one using backup and restore, also tried just opening a new chart, still can't load NQ. When loading ES sometime it give this error message too but the chart still loads for whatever reason.

Just to add, it seems every time I load a chart or a study this message will show up, and some of them will load successfully and others not so much
