Drag and Drop Ordering on Chart

Is it possible to drag and drop an order on the chart? I know we can order via the Price Axis, but I find that if there are any Labels on that particular price it starts to get kind of funky. Currently I have been using OFA and it's AlgoX program to be able to to do just that .. where I can have pre set strategies (ie: Stops and Targets and Sizing based on account %'s ) and then just click on Buy or Sell and then basically just drag and drop that order anywhere on the chart, it also automatically figures if it is a Limit or a Stop order based on where it is dropped in relation to current price.
