DOM History

I've been using Bookmap for awhile, and to my amazement MW has similar tool to their Heatmap, which is DOM History.
However, I can't seem to get the historical data to show, and as I keep adjusting the "Max History", the DOM History keeps getting cut off, and doesn't show the complete picture.
Anyone knows how to solve it?

I cant even get DOM history to show. What broker are you using? I have Tradestation and no luck
