Hi
I am recently using Motivewave
looks like a good platform very complete I added a data provider and the Volume imprint problem has been solved.

But I am still puzzled by the chart data.
some tickets do not show the bars properly
Here are some images from another platform
even without paying the TradingView data looks better than Motivewave
And the most important
in the opening and closing of the bell, the platform stops and does not show even a 1-minute candle after resetting the platform to load the bars.
I know there is a lot of material and documentation to configure the platform but so far all the videos and documentation I have read do not help me to configure the charts properly.

at the moment I don't feel confident and I should stick to my broker's platform.

I forgot to mention that sometimes when I change time frames the bars simply disappear.

Who are you using as a data provider?

Keep in mind Motivewave is dependent on the data source to create these charts... Without a solid data feed it might appear MW is the problem, when in fact it is the data feed.

Are you using delayed data or do you have one of the premium packages?

Do you have an account with TD Ameritrade or Tradestation by any chance? I know both of those data feeds are reliable and it might be worth a shot for testing purposes.

Hmm.. Okay that rules out the delayed data then. I would try and get your hands on a different data feed if even only for testing purposes.

Did you ask support if the connection to Money.Net has any limitations / reported issues??
