Could not convert socket to TLS Email

Hello All,

I can not get email to work at all. I've tried 3 different email address - Outlook, Gmail and my Roadrunner.com email. None of them will work so I can not receive email alerts from MotiveWave. I've sent an email to support but haven't heard anything back as of yet.

Anyone have the email function that is working?

I believe I'm on the latest version - 6.6.10.

Following - how'd you go did MW Support get back to you. I am trying to setup and am having similar problems. Error 550 5.1.1 - even though addresses are correct.
