I have several stocks that won't move on the charts. Whatever they are on their chart when i enter the symbol, the chart freezes at that image. it won't move with price changes. I can switch tiome frames to update the chart, but it still stays stick on whatever it was at that time. The stocks I'm having problem s with are TVIX, AMD, TQQQ.
Also, I have the lock scroll box unchecked in settings/options, yet my charts switch back to scroll lock at their will. I continuously have to keep clicking on the scoll lock on the tool bar to be able to scroll.
