I'm trying to view a chart of RB (Dec 20 expiration) future with Interactive Brokers as my data source. The chart loads and shows ok, but the data in the chart is wrong. The current price of the future seems correct, but the historical prices shown in the chart seem to be coming from a wrong future (RB Oct 20 expiration). I've attached a screenshot showing the issue.

I've been evaluating Motive Wave and this would seem to be serious enough to make Motive Wave unusable for me for any real trading.

Got an issue with ES also......
Each time ES is brought on screen there is this huge gap and the timeframe shade is also out of sync...
YM and CL don't seem to have the problem....

It looks like it's related to the continuous data settings in the instrument.

Right click on the chart and open 'Edit Instrument' and then in the 'Advanced' tab uncheck 'Use Continuous Data'. You might also have to change the 'Roll Method' to 'None' in the 'Data' tab.

After that, close the 'Edit Instrument' window, right click again on the chart and then 'Clear Local Data'. It should fix the issue.

I haven't quite figured out what the options do exactly and why they aren't set that way by default, but it should get the charts to be usable.

It appears the chart has corrected... Dunno whats up with that....
Perhaps a data feed glitch from IB.....?...?

OK....
Well now the ESZ0 loads and appers to be good. Of course it is Sat. and I have hooked up to IB.
I spoke with them yesterday but there was little help.
I still think overall it may be a data feed issue.
I guess I will just wait and see what Sun. afternoon brings.

Same issue with IB and Motivewave. I have opened a support ticket, and still no resolution. The response has been slow thus far from the support team. I have purchased the lifetime subscription, but the app is unusable. This is the worst support seen thus far on a product. I hope they get this fixed.
