Bracket order not triggering sometimes

Hi. I have Ultimate edition on trial period.

I usually place limit order via clicking the Y axis with bracket order( exit strategy - 40tick/40tick stop loss and limit profit OCO order ) power green. When the limit order is triggered, the exit strategy selected does not show up on the chart sometimes (maybe 50% of the time ). I'd have to click attach button( paper clip ) to manually place OCO order in that case. Long or short doesn't seem to matter. Does anyone have similar issue?

Yup, this happens to me a lot as well. @MotiveWave_Joe are y'all aware of this yet? 🤔

@t85 I found work around on this issue. I changed order setting (shift+ctrl+click Y axis ) to limt buy + stop/limit. Only gripe is it places order with -5/+5 points stops as a default. I have to manually drag stop and limit to 10 points or whatever stops I need. I have not find the way to change the default stop value though. Is there way to adjust default stop/limit value?
