auto refresh orders

Hi.
I am using MotiveWave with IB gateway.
It doesn't support auto-refresh orders from another app. I mean When I order from my own app, MotiveWave doesn't automatically refresh orders on the chart.

And there is no way to create a shortcut for refresh orders. is there a way to create a shortcut?
